So, it’s with great pleasure that we welcome four expert leaders to our Advisory Group, steering our research as we aim to bring sustainable energy to even more homeowners:
Emma Lower
Emma is the CEO of Lendology, a homeowner loan provider focused on energy efficient and low carbon systems. Her role at Lendology is to grow its UK coverage, removing the barriers to homeowner retrofit. Her track record and expertise in this area will really support our team and the homeowners who embark on their Thermly heat pump journey.
David Adams
David is on the board of the National Retrofit Hub and, among others, is a strategic advisor to the Future Homes Hub and a director of the Good Homes Alliance. We’re very happy he’s bringing his expertise to Thermly!
Andy Skipwith
Andy founded Rated People in 2005 and grew it to over 50,000 tradespeople with £1.5 billion in projects annually. He brings his vast experience in strategic consultancy, innovation and business building in the climate tech space to many companies, including, we’re happy to say, Thermly!
Madeleine Gabriel
Madeleine has 20 years’ experience in developing innovation-for-good programmes. As Mission Director for Nesta, her focus is on speeding up home decarbonisation. She is helping to steer our research on bringing heat pumps to customers in 'distress purchase' situations.
It’s usually customary for a company to be “very delighted” to share news about appointments - but we really, really are. As we embark on our next growth phase, we’re delighted that Emma, David, Andy and Madeleine are on board to guide our business and steer our research, by bringing with them huge experience across their respective, yet complementary, sectors.
Thermly is looking for interested homeowners in Somerset to get involved. Homeowners who live within the areas identified (see “Notes to Editors”) for phase one of the project should visit Thermly to find out more: www.thermly.co.uk/community/somerset.
