First and foremost we are independent. We’re not owned by any other company, and nor are we affiliated with a particular manufacturer. That’s not to say just ANY product can be installed via Thermly – we have an approved range of proven products from established manufacturers with a track record in the sector.
We will never try to sell you a particular product – we therefore try and ensure that a range of products will be available through our installer network for you to choose from.
We comprehensively vet our installer network to ensure they are competent and capable, and only appoint installers who are local to our customer base. Then, in the hopefully unlikely event you need something addressing, they’re able to respond quickly. We also undertake independent quality assurance checking of their work on a regular basis – so we know they continue to do a good job.
We've been involved in the energy and finance sectors, and in retrofitting buildings, for over 20 years. That makes us well-placed to help you find the best heat pump for your home, and identifying the right support should you need it.
